RENTAL INFORMATION- PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL OR CALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO REVIEW DETAILS FOR YOUR EVENT.
• Rent fee $100.00 for the first hour, each additional hour is $50. Payment is due one week prior to your event date.
• Set up and clean up time is not included in the rental fee, an addtional $50 per hour is required to include time needed to set up and clean up for your event. Set up is to be no more than 2 hours prior to your event and you must include the timeframe on your rental agreement to ensure there is staff availble to open or close the venue for your event.
• All rentals require a deposit of $100 to hold your date and will be refunded after event, provided the area is left "as found" and there has not been any damage. Cancellations must be made 7days prior to rental date to receive a refund of deposit.
• Includes use of tables and chairs to seat 50 people
• Maximum capacity for rentals is 50 people.
• The Paradise Lavender Farm will remain open during normal business hours. **
• Rental fee DOES not include entry to the Enchanted Forest You can add on to your event for an additional fee of $2 per person.
• Tea Party-ware, Chair covers, and table coverings are available to rent.
• Rental time may not be changed without prior approval from PLF and clean up must be done by contracted rental end time, if not an extra fee may be charged.
• Rentors & Vendors are required to list the Paradise Lavender Farm, LLC on a certificate of liability.
• At the farm we have a portable bathroom, electric strip at the tent area, non-drinkable water can be taken from a hand pump onsite.
• Designated field area for rental parking- please do not park along fence.

• An email or mail confirmation will be sent with copy of rental agreement to you after deposit is received.
• Wedding Ceremony in the Enchanted Forest- $50 for 1 hour, chairs not included, may not occur during normal business hours.
